“Things are not as I wish they were.”

Always first in war is IFF, Identification Friend or Foe.  Everyone believes things should be different somehow, and how they choose to proceed is the best IFF going.

The (potential) Friend concludes, “Therefore I should do such-and-such.”

The Foe concludes, “Therefore others should do such-and-such.”

‘Nuff said.  Hope it helps.

Philosophy AAR

Well, it looks like lots of peeps–importantly, more than enough peeps–managed to clear the first hurdle. In their minds, they went to the polls to stop the enemy at the gate. Even better, they knew that this was about themselves and their lives. Simple stuff sure, but not so often explicitly acknowledged.

Now we see if they’ll ever clear the second hurdle, the one that really controls. Will they recognize this as a good thing, a great thing…indeed the very essence of the good, their own lives?

What a time to live in, as people acquire the evidence. In the long run, and the long run won’t be so long in this spot, it’s an either-or. There will either be full-blown individual liberty with wealth creation and absolute property rights, else there will be a brutal fascism that no person alive can imagine right now.

Open Letter to the Federal Reserve

[copied and pasted from facebook, unedited]

Dear Fed,

I’m very sympathetic with the conundrum you face. Yes, I understand that most of your brainpower is devoted to rationalizing how none of this was your fault and you couldn’t have possibly known. After all, it’s the hallmark of our time…”I’m not responsible.”

I’m just a tiny businessman and only a few individuals rest their livelihoods on what I think and do. But way back in the fall of ’07, when you dropped that rate by .5%, I KNEW that all of this would happen. I try to keep anger away from myself, but I was nearly in a rage. At the time, THAT DAY, I called it “possibly the worst decision ever made by people in power in the entire history of mankind.” So this was all foreseeable, and what’s going to happen if you don’t sharpen up is likewise all foreseeable.

Okay, so fault and blame really don’t matter. All that matters now is what you decide to do going forward. You can’t change the damage done; none of us can change the past. But what you ought to do now is only too simple, so I’m sharing it with you.

All you can do is the best of all the alternatives, just as it is for the rest of us who are mired in the madness you helped to create.

So what is that best alternative? This is simple—NOTHING.

JUST STOP FOR CRISSAKES. You cannot and will not rule the world, your megalomaniacal fantasies notwithstanding. WE will have to work this out, AND WE WILL, if only you wild power-mongers stop interfering in our lives. We will work, we will produce, we will trade as we see fit and at some point down the road, we will have undone all the tragic damage you have created.

There’s always something overlooked, right? “Unintended consequences,” yes? That’s what got us here, after all. You thought those crazy Keynesian theories covered everything and yet every single time you went with them, something ELSE popped up that you didn’t expect. Just like now, just like always. The Broken Glass Fallacy, writ very very large.

So here’s what you’re overlooking now, and I speak as a small businessman caught in this morass like uncountable others. You see, for the first time in nearly a decade, CERTAINTY IS NEAR PEAK. Virtually everyone with a brain understands and certainty in the money is ALL WE NEED to move forward economically, to do what must be done. But every time you stick your rotten noses in the matter, certainty decreases and we can’t figure out what to do. We don’t know how much to invest, how much to pay, how much to charge. With the certainty–the KNOWLEDGE–that we have now, we CAN figure out what to do, and we will.

That’s all. Fly your asses to Hawaii for the rest of the winter if you wish. Enjoy yourselves. We already gave you that loot, so you might as well use it. There will be no grudges and there will be no retaliation for what you’ve done. That’s your world, not ours.

We move in one gear only, and that’s forward. I beseech you to let us…if not for our sake, then for yours. Did you notice? There’s a lot of anger fomenting out there, and not everyone is as graceful as we small businessmen. Hell, there’s even talk of rope futures. Get it?

So save yourselves and save us. Go the hell home and forget about it. You’ve got some paid days off coming. We’ll manage just fine and we’ll pull everyone along with us. Just like always.

I mean really, how the fuck dense are you? The man gave you the answer 335 years ago. Three and half centuries should be enough. Open up your ears and minds AND HEAR IT already…

“Laissez-nous faire.”

Obligations

Name an obligation that you have, that you don’t of your own free will believe to be an obligation.  Take as long as you wish.  One will do.

There are none, are there?  Yet you’re convinced that most every other person alive has obligations, whether they believe them to be obligations or not, don’t you?

Looks like a contradiction; better check the premises.

Whence Morality

It’s easy to see how evil always comes from individuals, but most people believe the good comes from somewhere else.  We are chained by our fallibility and original sin.

No wonder it’s a tough challenge to choose the good in the face of so much evil.  It’s not within our choices, so this theory goes.

But maybe that’s false.  Maybe they both come from the same place.

Step Two

It’s now official.  The United States Government, through its highest court, has explicitly and unambiguously declared that Rule of Law is out.  The exact words—“In this instance, the context and structure of the Act compel us to depart from what would otherwise be the most natural reading of the pertinent statutory phrase…”

That’s simple and clear.  Rule of Law is no more in this country, and nobody should fool themselves into thinking otherwise.  The first thing to notice is that your life didn’t suddenly change.  You’re doing what you normally do on a day like today, and one of history’s most far-reaching legal decisions had no affect on you whatsoever.  That’s because your life is yours, not theirs.

So now what?  So now you live as you always were, as a free willful person.  The only difference is that now you don’t have to pretend that the Law rules over you.  The Supreme Court said so today—it doesn’t.  Of course some of us understood that all along, but now it’s out in the open and even those who pretend to be your legal masters, admit that they’re not.  They are, and only could be, your physical masters.

That part doesn’t change.  They still want to be your physical masters, but at least you don’t have to pretend there’s any lawful authority behind it.  There never was any authority behind it—“Power only becomes authority with the sanction of the victim.”

So not much has changed, except the pretension…theirs and yours.  You still get to live your life as you choose, and they still get to try and stop you.

Step Two?  Don’t let them.  You no longer have any excuse to pretend that it might be proper to rule over you, or enslave you, or steal your earnings.  Your happiness is yours to achieve, and the responsibility for that falls upon you.  It always did as a matter of fact, but most people wouldn’t admit it.  Probably, most people still won’t.  That doesn’t matter; what matters is that you do own yourself and your life is going to be whatever you make of it.  Make it good.

Complicity

You heard it here first. Your complicity in all of this will eat you from the inside out, to the exact degree it’s deserved. When that complicity becomes too unbearable for too many people, then it will end. Until then, it will only get worse. OTOH…

“If you always do good, then it will always work out for the best, even when it’s bad.”

Your life, your choice

You want someone else to choose.  You hope either the Tyrants go whole-hog, or that your countrymen will stand up for liberty.

That way the decision will be made for you.  There’s no need to argue about whether that’s a good wish or bad, because that’s not the way it works.  You are going to choose, whether you want to or not.

Not choosing is a choice.  In this instance, passivity is a choice for Tyranny.  Why?  Simple…because that’s what happens if nobody chooses Liberty.  You can say it’s someone else’s choice, and if enough people choose Liberty then you’ll also have it, but that too is not how it works.  Sorry.  You live the life you choose, and if you don’t stand up for that life, then someone else will claim ownership of it.

As we see.

This battle is about one thing, and one thing only.  It doesn’t matter what you call it, or even how you imagine it.  Word it any way you wish…it’s about whether each individual owns one’s self or not.

Ownership means nothing except socially.  The question–the only question–is whether ownership builds up through the private ownership of private individuals, or whether it builds down by decree.  How that decree comes to be, has nothing to do with anything.  An interaction is either voluntary, or it isn’t.  Every action you take is a consensual one, until someone forcefully stops you.

That’s it.  There’s nothing else to it.  The theory was that a rational government would serve to protect exactly that…the right of free individuals to interact as they choose, in the absence of thuggery.  But it didn’t quite work out that way.

So that’s that.  And now you choose.  It’s not so much sides in a War, as it is how you will choose to live your life.  When someone attacks, then it is a War and you do what you have to do to stay alive.  But until that moment happens, your life is yours to live as you choose.

You cannot evade the choice–do you own you, or did you proxy it away?  Abstaining proxies it away.

Choose life.  Choose liberty.  Choose happiness.

Wake the fuck up, ya dumb fucks

This is from an email I received.  Now just consider the numbers.  Consider how many Americans there are, who are thinking precisely this.  Every one of them is armed to the hilt.  A ton of them are well-trained too…trained by the best when it was the best.

This is not some message to looters, because looters know what they’re doing.  They’re getting you, the grunts, to do the dirty work for them.  Besides their fear of getting their hands dirty, they know damn well what most people would do to them in revenge.

So they have you, the grunts who were taught they’re doing good, do the most horrid and unjust acts there are.  Let’s not go through them; we know how deep it runs.

There’s never been an action by a human, in the absence of coercion, that wasn’t a choice.  You do not need to parade yourselves to death.  You needn’t die and even worse, you needn’t be the cause of innocent people to die.  You never really wanted that, did you?  If you did, this isn’t for you anyway.

Good people don’t want violence, and almost everyone is good.  Now here’s the snip from the email; see if you can figure out what I’m talking about.

“Just like the iraqi army. they shed those uniforms as fast as they could. K’s plan will work in a pinch. Go out and find something evil… Plenty of evil around here. I wouldn’t want to be employed by the state on that day.”

YOU DECIDE: Liberty or Tyranny? Happiness or Misery? Life or Death?

This War officially started April 12, 2014, at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada.  It is the War Against Tyranny, and especially the tyranny that has appeared in the USA.  Yes, it also “started” in the ’60s, or ’30s, or 1913 or 1860 or 1791.  Everything leads to something, so it’s a process.  Still, no matter the legal issues involved, it was April 12, 2014 that many Americans–for whatever their individual reasons–first said No to tyranny in this century.  And meant it.

This essay is one message and it’s the same message as that day:  The tyranny is done.  It’s over.  It won’t be tolerated.  It won’t be paid for.  It will be stopped.  Americans have always stopped tyranny the world over, and now we’re going to stop it here.

“Ha ha ha,” you snicker.  “So who’s going to stop it?”  The answer is only too simple—anyone and everyone who decides to stop it, of course.  How else could it happen?  What does any person do, except what they choose to do?

That’s the question at hand…for everyone really, but especially for tyrants and their agents—what will you decide to do?  Those of us who live the American Life, who work and play and live for the benefit of themselves and those they love…we already know how we choose.  But if you choose to fight for tyranny, if you work for tyranny, if you support tyranny…then you are on the wrong side of this War.  You are going to lose.  You are going to lose as your money becomes worthless, you are going to lose when you don’t have the respect of your friends and neighbors, and you are going to lose your whole life if a Warrior concludes that you are a threat.

So don’t do it, that’s all.  If you wear a uniform or carry a weapon, and your intent was always to protect the liberty and safety of free Americans, then identify yourself as such.  Invent a patch, announce yourself when approaching civilians—make it clear that you intend to serve and protect, and not to impose tyranny.  Otherwise, with the current state of affairs, you’re taking a huge gamble that you might be perceived as an agent of tyrants.  Whether you meant to be or not won’t matter, since that judgment will be made by the other person.  Welcome to the club, as many Americans have been living that way for a long time now.  We are all Jose Guerena.

You will not take property, you will not take lives, you will not cage those who have brought no physical harm to others.  There will be no flashbanging of babies, there will be no Wacos and there will be no military-style police operations.  There will be no harrassment  of motorists or pedestrians upon public lands, and there will be no interference with the private dealings and transactions of free individuals.

This is all going to happen, so you might as well choose your course now.  When is it all going to happen?  That answer is simple too—when the participants decide to make it happen.  That day has been coming, and it’s been no secret.  For many, many people, that day is today.  True Americans will have no part of this, and they will do whatever it takes to stop the madness.  Now.

The Other Side of the Equation

“Hey Joe, may I borrow your lawnmower?”

“Sure Tom, there’s half a tank of gas in it.”

There.  That’s a loan.  Joe loaned Tom his lawnmower.  It was an agreement.  It was about something physical–the lawnmower–but the loan itself was just a mental act.  It was an act of consent between two volitional men.

There’s nothing else to it.  If Tom fills up the tank, then it was a profitable loan for Joe.  If he empties the tank, then it was a loss for Joe.  But neither profit nor loss has anything to do with the nature of the loan.  We can add terms to the loan–Tom will sharpen the blade, fill the tank, pay some money, use it for one day–but none of those terms change what the loan is…a mutual agreement, a promise to deliver or use a good or service.

That’s what your money is…that and nothing else.  It is a loan, a loan originated at a Central Bank and passed through many, many hands until it gets to you.  It is a promise to do something.  The Banks and government promise that others will accept that money “as payment for all debts, public and private.”  And you–the borrower–promise something too, that you will provide a good or service sufficient to have someone else trade that much money–their claims to loans–with you.

But no matter how many hands are involved, and regardless of how people value the goods and services for which they trade, it’s still just a loan.  It’s something you promise; it’s something you value; it’s something you think and choose.  If the loan is collaterized, then there is a good or service behind the loan, such that if one party defaults, then the good or service belongs to the other party.

At one time, money itself was collaterized, usually with gold.  This did not change the nature of a loan.  Through fractionalized banking, the relatively stable amount of collateral backed an ever-increasing supply of money.  So while the note said that it was a claim against gold, it wasn’t.  Like all loans, it was a claim for someone’s promise, in this case Central Banks and governments, to come up with the gold if necessary.  But there was far less gold than the amount collaterized, again owing to fractionalized banking.  In common lingo, we call that “cheating,” especially when you know you can outlaw the requirement to honor the collateral of the loan, if it ever comes to that.

It’s an old story—an unsuccessful con man becomes a successful strong-arm man.  On the societal level, we call this “order.”  But it only works orderly if everyone involved sticks to their promises.  We already know the Banks/government don’t stick to their promises.  They issue an ever-growing amount of money to denominate a population’s goods and services–and along the way make a profit just for issuing the loan in the first place–and are offering a claim not only on current goods and services, but future ones as well.  This is often the case with a loan.

Notice that the scam of ever-increasing loans would be immediately obvious were it not for taxes and the various sinkholes of governments.  While a government needs taxes for its own (claims to) goods and services, it also needs a way to take money “off the table,” so to speak, in order that nobody notices the insane growth of loans in circulation.  It does this at origination, whereby the issuance of the loan itself requires an ongoing fee, commonly called “interest.”  Through the never-ending issuance of money, and the associated interest that goes along with it, a certain amount of the ever-cycling money is paid as interest to the Central Banks.  As with a “rake” in a poker game, this keeps the money in circulation–on the table, we could call it–steady enough and low enough so that each participant is satisfied with what he believes will be his claim to goods and services.  Were it not for these “originating fees,” ultimately paid by taxes, the participants would quickly see that they are trading current labor for a promise of much less labor–via goods and services–in the future.  They would quickly say, “No deal.”

But they don’t, because a percentage of those claims are constantly funneled “off the table” through the simple waste of Government and especially through the never-ending charge for the origination of the loan.

None of that is the point of this essay.  All of that is about the denomination of goods and services, but it is not about the goods and services themselves.  That is “The Other Side of the Equation.”

However you denominate something–with beans, scrip, money, numbers alone, whatever–the relevant thing is what’s being denominated.  In a single word, that is called production.  Production is what we do to create goods and services.  Production is the action of obtaining goods, adding value and offering the products to others.  Production is the act of doing a service that others wish to have done.

While it’s no secret that our money has been tricked out, generally in order to have a claim against the future labor of future generations, that oddly doesn’t matter right now.  We’re all alive now; we can just ignore that for another day…which is good, because it’s not literally the money that will kill us or future generations.  Falling for the scam of the money, is what does that.

What matters right now is what’s being produced, and what will be produced.  It is this half of the equation, which presages the downfall of this society.

Around the world, production has been stifled on levels never before known in history.  Working is heavily penalized and not working is heavily subsidized.  When you penalize something, you get less of it; when you subsidize something, you get more of it.  Really, it’s quite that simple.  When a large part of a population doesn’t produce–and worse, sucks the production of others for their bare subsistence–the amount of total production goes down.  Duh.  Never mind the unconsumed production which can be used for even further production gains…those are called “investments” in a sane world.  These days, “investments” means “bets.”

And yes, you can add in the increased efficiency of technological advances, but that’s effectively a mulitplier constant.  That’s because this is what humans do—they create, they optimize, they figure out how to get more production out of the same time of labor.  Humans have been doing this since the dawn of the species.

When they stop doing that, for whatever reason, production dwindles.  This is the situation today.  Production is sucked away in order to be wasted by government, which is inevitably a less efficient use of goods and services.  Production is sucked away for the so-called “Free Shit Army.”  Producers are so fed up that many have withdrawn of their own free will and “gone Gulch.”  Whatever the causes, production–real production, not the denomination of production–has been declining for a long time now, in the USofA.

Perhaps most egregiously, because ultimately it’s all we have, the time for production is ever-dwindling, owing to the vast amounts of time and effort devoted to regulations and bureaucratic overhead.  An hour abiding a regulation is an hour not producing.  It goes on and on and on…the production of free-willed individuals, even those willing to offer it in trade for money, is going down.  And down and down and down.  It is only a matter of time, should this trend continue, that the production will not be sufficient to produce the bare sustenance of food, clothing and shelter.  Go look up “Holodomor” to see what happens then.

Notice that the denomination of this production doesn’t matter at all.  You could have ever-inflating money, ever-deflating money, gold, scrip, whatever…the only thing that matters is that a unit of production be what the trader believes it to be, and likewise the denomination be what it appears to be.  This is historically the scam of currency—it isn’t.

That’s all.  The issue of freedom is the issue of production.  Production is what we do.  And until men and women are free to do it–without regulation, without permission, without being forced to denominate it in fake loans for future slavery, without having the  results of their production sucked away by those who produce nothing at all–then nothing will change.  It will be an ever-growing claim against present and future slavery, until the slavery isn’t sufficient to even feed us any more.

How does one stop this madness?  Simple…produce for yourself and those for whom you wish to produce.  Accept whatever denomination that honest people agree to trade, or even no denomination at all.  That last would be “barter” and while not ideal for complex societies with massive division of labor, it may yet prove to be all we have left.  Till then, there’s lead, gold, silver, bitcoin and a thousand other choices.

Money is not inherently a scam.  Nothing is a scam until information is fraudulently offered or withheld.  But currency money is a scam right now, all the world over.  This is becoming widely known, so it’s only a matter of time until Central Bank money will no longer be accepted by free individuals in trade for their goods and services.  Hopefully that will stop the massive penalties for producing, and especially the theft of that production, called wealth, from those who produce.

It’s either that, or eventually we all starve.  Joe’s loan was not Joe’s lawnmower.  Money is not wealth.  Maybe things will change when this becomes widely recognized.  The Central Banks of the world may be able to make money worthless, but they can’t touch the creation of wealth without the producer’s consent.  That’s entirely, meaning literally 100%, up to the producer of it alone, and nobody else.

Out-good ’em.  They’ll never see it coming cuz they don’t know what it looks like.

How to eradicate slavery in your life, now and forever

What is slavery?  Let’s not get distracted with convoluted definitions.  At essence, slavery is the forceful (aggressive, compulsory, coercive) subjugation of one person or group of people, by another person or group of people.  This is always done with physical force or the threat of physical force.

Why is slavery wrong?  Slavery is wrong because it treats the two parties as inherently different with respect to each other, and they are not.  In the relationship between ruler and ruled, the ruled party is treated as chattel and the ruling party assumes the role of directing the ruled party’s actions.

What is equality?  In human social interaction, being equal does not mean being identical.  No two people are identical.  Equality means that with respect to other humans, and in interacting with them, the moral stature of each is identical in the absence of any contrary evidence.  This is because in relevant respects, they are both free-willed autonomous individuals.

What are rights?  It doesn’t matter what rights are.  What matters is that they are the same for each person, again in the absence of any contrary evidence.  This is what it means to say, “All men are created equal.”  Slavery is an instant denial of rights, because it instantly denies the equal rights of the two parties.

How can slavery happen if each person has equal rights?  Slavery doesn’t “happen;” slavery is done.  Slavery is one party denying the equal standing of the other party, and it can only be done through forceful coercion.  Without that, the ruled party may walk away from the ruler and the slavery doesn’t occur.

Why is the threat of slavery–or aggression or compulsion–wrong?  As all humans are creatures of free will, the declaration of the intent to impose physical aggression against another, is tantamount to actually doing it.

What is agency?  Agency is the voluntary agreement between two or more people, that some will act on behalf of the others.  Because it is voluntary, the party on whose behalf the acting is done, carries the same responsibility for the act, as the party doing it.

Can I not have the responsibility for enslaving another person, by having an agent–or even millions of agents–do it for me?  No.  Responsibility is something that is attendant with the state of being a free-willed individual.  Because agency is itself a voluntary choice, the responsibility does not disappear.

Can I pretend that I don’t have responsibility for enslaving others if I have agents do it for me?  Yes.  Being creatures of abstract conceptualization, any person can imagine anything at all, including counterfactuals.  Denying responsibility for an act by virtue of agency, is an example of such a counterfactual.

So how can I eradicate slavery in my life now?  Simple…be neither ruler nor ruled.  If you have the physical power to enslave others, don’t use that power.  If you are going to be enslaved by the physical power of others, prevent it.

Why shouldn’t I enslave others?  It is always wrong to use your mind to deny that which is, and the person whom you can enslave has the same standing socially, as do you.  To enslave that person is an admission to yourself that you are something other than a rational, identifying creature and this is necessarily harmful to you.

How can I stop others from enslaving me?  You stop them however you can.  Ideally, you might persuade them.  Less than ideally, you counter them with more powerful defensive force.  For starters, you can read the post below and understand what it means, and recognize that you have tremendous stopping power against others…likely far more than you imagine.  It still may be the case that you will be overwhelmed physically, but nobody promised you a rose garden.

How does that stop slavery forever?  “Forever” in your life means as long as you live.  If you choose to “live free or die,” and you decide that it is “better to die free than live as a slave,” then you will never ever be ruled.  And if you choose to honor the fact that other people are the same sort of creature as you, then you will never ever be a ruler.

These are all lovely thoughts, but how do thoughts accomplish anything?  They don’t.  It’s the action that arises pursuant to those thoughts that accomplishes things.

Okay, I want to eradicate slavery in my life now and forever, so what do I do? Just do it, that’s all.  You can easily choose not to enslave others…don’t engage violence or aggression against them, or threaten it, and they won’t be enslaved.  You can also choose not to be enslaved by others, to the best of your ability.  You can arm yourself, you can train yourself, you can work with others, you can devise defensive mechanisms…you can do whatever you are able to do, to stop others from enslaving you.

Does this guarantee that I will never experience slavery in my lifetime?  Yes, for as long as you live.  Does it guarantee that you will never die?  No.  Everyone dies and like everything else in your life, whether you admit it or not, the choice to rule or be ruled is just that—a choice.

Do you actually want to eradicate slavery in your life, or do you want to pretend that you do?  If the latter, then keep yapping and go vote.  If the former, then just do it!

The Second Declaration of the Causes and Necessity of Taking Up Arms

“In our own native land, in defence of the freedom that is our birth-right, and which we ever enjoyed till the late violation of it; for the protection of our property, acquired solely by the honest industry of our forefathers and ourselves, against violence actually offered, we have taken up arms. We shall lay them down when hostilities shall cease on the part of the aggressors, and all danger of their being renewed shall be removed, and not before.”

~ Declaration of the Causes and Necessity of Taking Up Arms, issued by the Second Continental Congress July 6, 1775

“But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.”

~ Thomas Jefferson to Issac Tiffany, 1816

BE IT KNOWN BY EVERY READER OF THIS DECLARATION, THAT

WHEREAS each and every functional Individual on Earth is motivated by Free Will, an emergent phenomenon derived of the ability to conceptualize alternatives and Choose from among those alternatives, and

WHEREAS the exclusive means by which the Free Will of an Individual may be abridged is physical aggression and the overpowering of that Individual, and

WHEREAS there do exist Individuals who Choose to overpower other Individuals, and there do exist Institutions designed for the purpose of overpowering other Individuals, and

WHEREAS the growth of Institutions so designed has reached proportions that threaten the survival of the vast majority of living Individuals, including the Consentor to this Declaration, and

WHEREAS the Choices of the Consentor are the Consentor’s alone, and that among those are Life, Liberty, Earned Property and the Pursuit of Happiness, and

WHEREAS the Consentor has determined that both Survival and the aforementioned Choices are at great risk owing to the growth of Individuals and Institutions that seek to physically overpower the Consentor, and other Individuals and Institutions with whom the Consentor wishes to Trade mutually beneficial Values,

BE IT THEREFORE DECLARED, BY THIS CONSENTOR TO THIS DECLARATION, THAT

1.  I believe that no Individual, or group of Individuals, has any Right, or justification in reason, to Initiate physical force or compulsion against any other Individual.

2.  I believe that it is each Individual’s responsibility to provide all necessary support and, in concert with others freely Chosen, all necessary defense for oneself, one’s family and any other Individuals freely Chosen.

3.  I believe that any Individual has the Moral Right to defend any other Individual, as well as any Earned Property, by whatever means that Individual deems prudent and necessary.

4.  I believe that the nature of the aggression being threatened against me, as well as other Individuals, on occasion necessitates the Choice to bear personal arms in my day-to-day activities upon the public roads and highways, as well as upon any Property with the Consent of the Owner of that Property.

5.  I believe that there does not exist, nor can there exist, any rightful authority which can justify any abridgement of the aforementioned Choice, on any basis whatsoever, with the sole exception of any Owner of any Earned Property upon which I am a visitor.

6.  I affirm that it is my desire to live peacefully among all other Individuals, and I believe that the resort to physical force is a means exclusively for the purpose of defending Life, limb and Earned Property.

THUS DOES THE CONSENTOR DECLARE, with the recognition and affirmation that this Consent is offered freely, and with Integrity and Commitment, on the Consentor’s own behalf and in the belief that this is the best means to begin to restore the Honor, Wealth and Happiness that was once ubiquitous across this Land.  I commit Myself to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness and will lay down my Arms when my physical Defense no longer requires them, and not one moment before.

New Year’s Day, 2014
